RealResponse is a secure and confidential texting platform that allows you to report concerns or seek support anonymously. RealResponse is available to all students as a safe way to share anything you’ve experienced or observed within our community, including harassment, discrimination, safety threats, bullying, or other forms of misconduct. The platform enables two-way anonymous texting, meaning you can have a real conversation with a UNC Asheville staff member without ever revealing your identity. Every message is encrypted, and your personal information is never visible or shared.

Building a culture of trust starts with removing barriers to communication, and RealResponse helps ensure your voice can be heard—safely, privately, and on your terms.
