Media Lab Procedures

Students currently enrolled in video or audio related courses may check out equipment as needed for course work only. Using equipment for outside department use is prohibited; the student(s) involved may be subject to expulsion if the gear is used for monetary gain. The checkout period is two days, however, extensions may be provided with permission from the course professor. Late returns could result in temporary withdraw of equipment use. If students have lost or exhibited extreme neglect of gear, the student will be responsible for the replacement or repair of the items neglected.
