For the past 30+ years, Terry has partnered with senior executives, leadership teams, and entire organizations to understand and navigate their critical business and developmental challenges while helping them build the working relationships, organizational dynamics, and leadership capacities required to achieve and sustain success.  Terry is President of MetaDynamics, a Michigan-based training firm which delivers leadership, project management and professional skills training programs in US, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Africa. He is also President of The Poling Group, a North Carolina-based executive coaching and organizational development consulting firm.  Terry has taught communication, leadership, human resource management, and organization behavior courses for Texas A&M, Northeastern University, Stonehill College and Oakland University.  He has a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Miami University and a second Masters in Counseling Psychology and Organizational Studies from Boston College.
