Registration & Scheduling
Registering for classes at UNC Asheville is managed through OnePort, the university’s student information portal. Each semester, registration opens according to your earned credit hours — so the more credits you have, the earlier you can sign up. Before your registration date, meet with your academic advisor to plan your schedule, review your degree audit, and clear any holds on your account. Need help navigating the process? Official transcripts are ordered through our secure online service and sent directly to recipients electronically or by mail. Unofficial transcripts are available any time through OnePort at no charge. Processing times vary — plan ahead for applications and employment deadlines.
Update Your Personal Information
Keeping your contact information current in OnePort protects you from registration holds and ensures the university can reach you when it matters. Update your address, phone number, emergency contacts, and parent email online anytime — or visit the Academic Success Center in Ramsey Library in person with a photo ID.
