Jimmy Mullen

Jimmy Mullen is a Master of Public Health candidate at the UNC-Gillings School of Public Health. He believes effective health policy is rooted in trust, shared decision-making, and an understanding that local context shapes every health outcome. As a native North Carolinian, Jimmy is deeply interested in the connections between place, identity, and health. He recognizes how the state’s diverse communities reveal both the challenges and the possibilities of public policy in action.
