We’re here to help at any stage of your project, but contacting us at the beginning will help ensure a successful outcome. Having answers to the following questions ready before you submit will help us understand your needs and respond more effectively.

Goal & Call to Action What is the overall goal, and how does it tie into University priorities or the strategic plan?
Audience Who is the target audience or audiences?
Timeline When is it happening, or when do you need it completed? (See estimated lead times on each service page.)
Location / Distribution  Where is it taking place, or where will it be distributed or shared?
Budget What is the budget for this project
Importance Why does this matter to campus, to Asheville, to the state, or to the world?
Approvals Who needs to approve this? Have your supervisor and vice chancellor signed off? Is funding approved?
Past Efforts Has this been done before? If so, what worked or didn’t work?
Related Efforts Will this tie into other communication or marketing efforts?
Success Metrics How will you define or measure the success of this project?
